Dr. Trish Strazar
PT, DPT, MS, SCS, ATC
DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY
CERTIFIED ATHLETIC TRAINER
One of only a few Board-Certified Sports Physical Therapy Specialists in the area, Dr. Trish Strazar earned her Bachelors degree in Athletic Training in 1984 from Wilmington College, her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 1986, and her Doctorate in 2010 from Chatham University in Pittsburgh. She founded Millennium Rehabilitation in 2002.
Dr. Strazar is a former college track athlete and currently enjoys soccer, skiing, golf and tennis.
Her energetic personality helps motivate her patients’ rehabilitation and recovery. Dr. Strazar and her husband, Joe, live in Hinckley have six daughters.
Dr. Vicky Chmura
DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY
Dr. Vicky Chmura is a Physical Therapist who received her Doctorate from Cleveland State University in 2011, and her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Psychology from Cleveland State University. Dr. Chmura is certified in Dry Needling and is a Certified Clinical Instructor.
A competitive gymnast throughout high school, Dr. Vicky has coached gymnastics for over a decade. Currently, she coaches at CrossFit Spirit in Hinckley, OH and is a level 1 CrossFit Trainer (CF-L1) with specializations in Oympic Weightlifting and gymnastics.
Dr. Vicky enjoys CrossFit, weightlifting and running. She is a USA Weightlifting competitor and participates in many local CrossFit competitions. Her calm and pleasant personality makes therapy a positive experience for her patients.
PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT, CERTIFIED ATHLETIC TRAINER
A Certified Athletic Trainer, Tim received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Mount Union in 2002. The Head Athletic Trainer for the Highland Local School District from 2004-2016, Tim is a credentialed provider through the Bureau of Worker’s Compensation.
His interests are sports medicine, weight training and fitness.
Tim’s creative, fun-loving personality provides excitement and motivation for ahtletes while he helps them return to the top of their game. Tim resides in Wadsworth with his wife, Sarah, son and daughter.
PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT
Danielle joined the Millennium Rehabilitation team in May of 2017. While attending Cuyahoga Community College’s Physical Therapy Assistant program, Danielle graduated Magna Cum Laude. As a former Jazzercize, Body Sculpting, and Barre instructor, her love of physical fitness and her love of meeting and interacting with people led her to a profession in physical therapy.
Her pleasant demeanor and bright smile have been a welcome addition to the Millennium family. Danielle has three daughters and resides in Granger Township with her husband Matt.
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Jessica re-joined the Millennium Rehabilitation team in 2017 and manages all office operations, marketing and business development for the clinic. Jessica received her Bachelor’s Degree from Baldwin-Wallace College and holds a certification through the American College of Sports Medicine.
She grew up in Hinckley and is glad to be involved with the community once again. In her free time, Jessica loves to spend time with family. She and her husband Kevin adopted a rescue pup, Charlie, in 2017 and are currently working on agility and other specialized training. She enjoys traveling to Kelleys Island to visit family and loves spending time outdoors.
FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Marlene has been keeping Millennium Rehabilitation’s front desk running smoothly, at the same time providing personalized, quality customer care since 2007.
She resides in Brunswick with her husband, George, and dog, Chloe. Her son, Dan, is a Certified Athletic Trainer in Norwalk, Ohio, and she is the proud grandmother of a boy and twins, one boy, one girl.
BILLING ADMINISTRATOR, FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Kim’s warm and friendly smile is the start of our patient’s experience at our Parma location. In addition to keeping the Parma office running smoothly, she specializes in administrative billing duties.
She and her husband have two sons, Matthew and Stephen, both Doctors of Physical Therapy. In her spare time, Kim enjoys being with family and friends.
BILLING & ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
In August 2015, Heather joined Millennium Rehabilitation, where she greets patients and specializes in accounts receivable and billing administration. Working at a facility that helps people improve how they feel and function, and a staff who truly cares about their patients, is deeply rewarding for her.
Heather enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering at the local schools, as a Girl Scout leader, and with the Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and other local community/charitable organizations. Heather and her husband have six children and live in the community.
